Vines: Pinot Grigio 40%, Sauvignon 30%, Chardonnay 20% Ribolla Gialla 10%
Vinification: fermentation in steel. Refinement of 20% in amphorae for about 7 months and steel for the remaining part. Further refinement in the bottle for about a year. Burgundy bottle.
